Welcome to another episode of the Wine Series!
Today we speak directly about the oldest part of Quinta da Teixuga, where the old vineyards from which we produce our iconic wine, Teixuga, are located.
It is characteristic of old vines to produce little quantity but great quality and this is how this wine is born, which, with just 1500/2000 bottles per harvest, is made from, mainly, Encruzado and sprinkled with other white grape varieties typical of the region.
With 19 months of aging in French oak barrels, it is a wine full of time, history and passion of the people who produced it, from harvest to bottle.
Try it, enjoy and share with us!
