Chef Miguel Vidal presents a different concept when developing wine and food activities, combining his talent for making good food with the versatile Caminhos Cruzados wines in his gastronomic creations.
With knowledge acquired in the four corners of the world, the chef respects each cooking method, but is inspired by the traditions and gastronomy of the Dão region to create genuine dishes with a sense of identity.
Experiences can take place in the most varied environments of the winery, being available to fulfill the gastronomic desires of each visitor, opening up to the “tailor made” concept.
