We invite you to enjoy our meals in the most varied environments, from the room where the wines rest, in the tasting room, on the outdoor patio or on the most charming balcony in Dão, with a fascinating view over the vineyards!
Chef Miguel Vidal
The kitchen is in the talented hands of chef Miguel Vidal who brings authenticity to the table with endogenous ingredients but sprinkled with his learning from several countries, an invitation to a true journey of flavors!
Some of the specialties he proposes range from Cod with Cornbread, Trout Escabeche, Veal in Púcara de Barro Preto or even Carqueja Rice in Vineyard d'Alhos.
With due advance notice, the chef can prepare unique and personalized gastronomic experiences for each occasion in a “tailor made” concept, meeting everyone’s needs and desires.
Lunches or dinners accompany our emblematic wines and always require booking, at least 24 hours in advance.
Service hours: Lunch from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm and Dinner from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm (by appointment 24 hours a day)
