Caminhos Cruzados is a family wine producer in the Dão region.
All products and services presented on this website are marketed by CAMINHOS CRUZADOS, S.A., a company headquartered at Adega Quinta da Teixuga - Rua de Carvalhal, 50, Algeraz, 3520 011 Nelas, Viseu, registered in the Commercial Register under number 507848519.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
If you intend to purchase a wine, you will have to confirm that you are of the minimum age required by Portuguese law to purchase alcoholic beverages. When making a purchase on our website, you are declaring that you are over 18 and not subject to a legal restriction that prevents you from purchasing alcoholic beverages (Decree-Law No. 106/2015, of 16 April).
CROSSED PATH PRODUCTS
On our website you can purchase our Wines, Baskets or other regional products from CAMINHOS CRUZADOS, also sold at Quinta da Teixuga, in Nelas. Just follow these steps:
1. Add the products you want to order to the shopping cart;
2. Fill in the requested fields;
3. Make the payment
4. You will then receive an email confirming your order;
5. Upon receipt of payment on our systems, your order will be processed and shipped and you will receive our order confirmation and shipping notifications.
Orders will be processed after payment is cleared.

Payments for purchases on this website are received in euros.

DELIVERY
CAMINHOS CRUZADOS delivers to Mainland Portugal and the Islands and to 23 countries in Europe and the United States
Deliveries in mainland Portugal for purchases over 150 euros are free.

The delivery times mentioned apply to orders placed before 12:00 and whose items are available. We do not make shipments during weekends or national holidays, therefore, all orders paid after 12:00 pm on Friday will be shipped on the first following business day.
If delivery is not achieved by the shipping company, a second attempt will be made at no cost to the customer. In the event that the second attempt is unsuccessful, it will be returned, and the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
In the case of international shipments, CAMINHOS CRUZADOS will be unaware of any customs duties as well as delays in delivery depending on the country of destination.

WINES FOR EVENTS
If you want to buy wine in quantity for events, contact us and you can benefit from special conditions. If there are units left after the event, we will accept the return of all sealed bottles and in the same conditions in which they are delivered, and will make a full refund within 30 days after purchase.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
· By the CUSTOMER: If you are a consumer, you have 14 days after the date of purchase of the Voucher or receipt of the Products, for the resolution of the contracts concluded through this Website (DL nº 24/2014, of 14 February). In the case of Vouchers, the order to return the price paid will be given after the consumer cancellation order. In the case of baskets with perishable products, it will only be possible to request their return within 2 days of receipt.
The return must be made in accordance with the following section “Procedures for returns?
· By CAMINHOS CRUZADOS: If there is any difficulty regarding the supply of products or there is a stock out, we will inform you immediately of the unavailability, and will refund the amount you have paid within 30 days.
RETURNS
Damaged Orders and Wrong Products
Please inspect the order as soon as it is received.
If, upon delivery, you find that your order is damaged, you should immediately alert the courier who delivers it and notify CAMINHOS CRUZADOS, within 48 hours of receiving your order, so that we can report the situation to the carrier .
Please keep the original packaging (s) and their contents exactly as delivered, if possible.
In this scenario, CAMINHOS CRUZADOS will analyze the situation and will be able to collect the products in question and replace them at no additional cost to the customer. Defective items can be exchanged for items of equal value. You can choose to return the price paid or issue a voucher of equal value for the purchase of other products.
If the product you receive does not correspond to the one you ordered, CAMINHOS CRUZADOS will collect the products in question and replace them at no additional cost to the customer.
Returns procedures
Please send an email to geral@caminhoscruzados.net explaining the reason why you want to make a return and attaching the corresponding invoice.
